So we’ve gathered our favourite, most delicious smoothie recipes that you’ll be craving all summer long, each matched with a facial treatment to give your skin a well needed boost! - Large handful of spinach leaves
- 1 apple cut into chunks (make sure all seeds are removed)
- Ginger (the size is up to you, we like to put a thumb size piece in so we can really taste it)
- 1/4 of a cucumber (remove half the peel)
- 200ml of water (or coconut water if you prefer)
