Rejuvenate, Replenish and Repair with the LED Luminous Lift
While it’s true that the old ways are often the best, a little modern technology can go a long way to helping your skin look as good as it possibly can. Even if you harness a very old technique, and use it with a revolutionary approach, it can produce amazing results. Different light frequencies have been used for decades for a variety of skin conditions. Skin rejuvenation with the LED Luminous Lift, at EF MEDISPA is the very first light treatment to combine all of the different benefits of each frequency.
The cutting-edge LED Luminous Lift facial uses an advanced non-ablative laser. It combines a rainbow of light frequencies, with each colour wavelength programmed down to the nearest nanometre. The result can be an instantaneous change to your skin, with different settings producing targeted results. It works wonders for acne or acne scars, reducing post-surgery scars, rejuvenation of ageing skin, or simply to provide an instant lift. It is particularly of benefit where people are reluctant to use aggressive laser treatments.
The LED Luminous Lift works to repair, replenish and rejuvenate your skin to help give it an instant radiance. The blue healing light has anti-bacterial properties and will help to improve congested skin. The red and near infrared light frequencies replenish and encourage the production of collagen - essential for youthful skin.
All treatments are tailored to the individual and personal experiences and results may vary. We recommend a one to one consultation with our treatment co-ordinators to discuss your treatment options.

Your journey to replenished and rejuvenated skin begins at EF MEDISPA with a complimentary consultation. After an in depth discussion with one of our highly experienced Treatment Coordinators you will get the chance to discuss your concerns and be advised on the best option to address them.
2 MEET YOUR Practitioner
If you decide to proceed with the LED Luminous lift, your appointment will be booked with one of our friendly and highly trained Practitioners who will walk you through each step of the treatment.
3 DURING THE TREATMENT
Your therapist will make sure you are laying comfortably on the bed and will place the LED machine over your head at a precise level so it has no contact with your face. Your Practitioner will cover your eyes and set the machine accordingly to the concern you would like to address. The treatment sensation is similar to the warmth of the sun touching your face. A relaxing hand massage is the perfect addition to this relaxing and rejuvenating treatment.
4 AFTER TREATMENT
The treatment only lasts around 30 minutes. It is pain-free and very comfortable. There is zero downtime and you can apply make-up right after. Even after your first treatment your skin will feel smoother and plumped.
LED Luminous Lift FAQs
How does LED Luminous Lift work?
Our skin has the ability to absorb certain wavelengths of light. Each wavelength will penetrate the skin at varying depths and trigger a specific cellular action.
The blue light has a powerful anti-bacterial action and can calm and sooth all grades of acne. The red light works as an anti-ageing agent. It increases the collagen synthesis and microcirculation resulting in improving your skin’s elasticity, smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles. Finally the near infrared light not only has anti-inflammatory properties but also induces the release of growth factor.
All frequencies can be combined and work great together to reduce acne scars or can be used as add-ons to accelerate the results of other acne treatments.
What is the difference between the LED light and IPL light?
LED Luminous Lift is a non-thermal treatment that does not damage the skins integrity and is suitable for all skin types. On the other hand IPL induces controlled thermal damage within the tissue, causing inflammation that will trigger collagen production and is not suitable for all skin types. As a result, it is crucial to have a patch test prior to an IPL treatment. Your Treatment Coordinator will assess what type of treatment is suitable for you according to your skin concerns and patch test results.
