JUNIOR DOCTOR/SURGEON - CENTRAL LONDON

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior doctor or surgeon to work alongside a highly skilled Brazilian Plastic Surgeon with over 15 years’ experience.  You will have the opportunity to shadow the surgeon in theatre and attend post op patient reviews.  Required 4-5 days/month and available on-call.

  • Opportunity to work in one of London’s top private clinics and hospitals observing surgical procedures
  • You will learn a number of skills working closely with the surgeon including their examination and consultation techniques, clinical reasoning skills, surgical techniques and post op care
  • You will learn about professionalism and patient communication
  • The placement will give you the opportunity to network with doctors and consultants in the cosmetic industry

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Front of House Manager for one of our central London clinics.

You will already be in a senior front of house role in an aesthetic clinic, busy beauty salon health club or leisure centre. Retail experience with skincare products would be an advantage.

You must be confident in delivering five-star customer services and prepared to act on your own initiative and be able to balance friendliness with authority over the front of house team that your will be supervising. This is a hands on client facing role, as well as being a supervisory position.

This is a career appointment that could eventually progress to clinic manager or other senior positions within the organisation.

You will receive extensive training in our services and products in addition to role related training.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with experience in providing five star customer services
• Front of house supervisory experience in aesthetics or leisure industries.
• Bags of enthusiasm and energy, with a keen interest in the aesthetic industry
• Computer literate
• Ability to multi task and remain calm even under pressure, including handling of complaints
• Well presented
• A team player with excellent attitude towards their work
• An interest and understanding of sales- retail and treatment related

RECEPTIONISTS – ALL LONDON CLINICS, RICHMOND & BIRMINGHAM

We are currently seeking customer service minded Receptionists to join our Front of House team to meet, greet and look after the needs of our clients as well as dealing with incoming calls and the booking of appointments.

You’ll be kept busy, assisting with stock taking, advising clients on product purchases and ensuring an immaculately presented reception area at all times.

Ideal candidates will have previous front of house experience working in an aesthetic clinic, five star spa or hotel environment.

You will receive extensive training in our services and products in addition to role related training.

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Reception role
  • Bags of enthusiasm and energy
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multi task and remain calm even under pressure
  • Well presented
  • A team player with an excellent attitude towards their work

AESTHETIC THERAPISTS – CENTRAL LONDON & RICHMOND

We are currently seeking experienced Aestheticians for our new clinic in Richmond and our three existing London clinics.

You will already be working in an aesthetic clinic, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience. Although full training will be provided on the equipment that we use, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with previous experience in lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, microneedling, advanced skin peels and advanced skin care experience.

We use SkinCeuticals, DermaQuest, Biologique Recherche and CosMedix ranges, and experience of these products would be an advantage.

We offer an attractive salary according to your experience and commission on product sales. We also have a monthly sales incentive bonus which is the best in the industry.

We also offer full and ongoing training in both our products and services to assist in your ongoing development.

You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a high end clientele, by providing excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

  • Laser core knowledge
  • A minimum of two years post qualification experience
  • Experience in lasers, radio frequency, ultrasound, microneedling and advanced skin treatments are an advantage

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a Patient/ Treatment Coordinator.

You will have at least two years of experience working for an aesthetic clinic or a cosmetic surgery in a sales role, ideally in the premium end of the market. You will be well presented, sales driven and have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships. You will also have an interest in the beauty, aesthetics and the anti-ageing industry. You will have the ability and drive to motivate and develop a team of Aesthetic Therapists to meet their sales targets.

Full and ongoing training will be provided on the aesthetic treatments and medical procedures that we offer. We also offer a very attractive compensation package, which will be heavily incentive based.

Required skills and experience:

  • A track record in a sales environment, with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis
  • A mature attitude, with the ability to build relationships with a high-end clientele
  • Experience in handling and resolving client complaints
  • Experience in working with others to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven client relationship management experience

CLINICAL NURSE

We are currently seeking a clinical nurse to join our team.

You will have at least two years of experience working as a NMC registered nurse, ideally with some experience in the private sector. You will be well presented and patient care oriented  You will also have an interest in the aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and the anti-ageing industry.

Full and ongoing training will be provided on the treatments and medical procedures that we offer.

  • NMC pin
  • A minimum of two years post qualification experience

CLINIC MANAGER

We are currently seeking a personable and driven Clinic Manager to set up a new clinic, with a focus on new business through building local partnerships and working with our marketing department on local marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidates will have worked in a managerial capacity within the aesthetics/beauty/retail industry and be driven, ambitious, personable and sales orientated. Marketing and business development are highly desirable skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  •  Motivating, leading and developing an elite team of 10 employees (compromising of receptionists/retail advisors, beauty therapists/aestheticians, treatment sales co-ordinators)
  • Ensuring a five star customer experience across all departments at all times
  • Driving sales and maximizing business profitability
  • Ensuring all staff members are achieving targets – financial and other
  • Preparing management reports and analysing financial performance
  • Managing professional and retail stock levels
  • Arranging the staff rota and staff training program (in conjunction with Training Manager)
  • Assisting in successfully rolling out in house promotions and events and marketing the clinic to the local community
  • Ensuring your team is working to the company’s standard operating procedures at all times

You will have:

  • 5-10 years management experience gained within a retail focused beauty salon, spa or aesthetic clinic
  • Experience of managing and motivating a team of therapists and front of house
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Resilience, initiative and will thrive at working under pressure with great organisation skills
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding KPI's and targets
  • Business acumen and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of computerized diary booking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be highly organised and motivated

The clinics are open 7 days a week, so you will be required to work on a rota basis which will include weekends and some late night work.

This position will include a comprehensive training program covering the company’s products, services and operating systems in order to prepare you for the role, with ongoing training to continue to support you throughout your career.
