What happens during the procedure?

During this treatment, the hyaluronic acid filler is carefully injected into the buttock area by our expert surgeon, using a fine cannula. The amount of filler used can be adjusted to suit the volume that the patient wishes to add to their bum.

Buttock injectables are administered under local anaesthetic, therefore unable to feel any pain as the buttock area will be completely numbed. The procedure takes around 45 minutes to complete. The tiny series of injections are usually completely invisible once they have healed.

Your first step to a shapelier bottom is a complimentary consultation with one of our highly experienced Treatment Coordinators. They will listen carefully to your concerns and discuss the treatment in more detail. Should you decide to proceed with the treatment they will book your appointment before you leave the clinic.
Meet your practitioner

During your appointment with the practitioner you will have the opportunity to discuss the treatment process thoroughly and ask questions. They will review your full medical history, assess the area you would like to treat and discuss the results you are looking to achieve. We also offer a 14 day cooling off period, should you change your mind about the treatment.
During your procedure

During the procedure, the gel filler is injected deep under the skin of buttocks, using a fine cannula. This allows the surgeon to gradually add volume to the bum until they achieve the patient’s desired look. After treatment the patient will be able to see immediate results. Patients will also be able to resume usual daily activities following their treatment. Our Buttock Filler treatment is short and safe, and carried out in comfort and privacy at one of our award-winning clinics. The procedure takes around 45 minutes to complete and there is minimal downtime, as this procedure only requires a local anaesthetic.
After the treatment

Following this procedure, the buttocks may feel bruised and swollen. The injected areas may also feel firm for a few days, but then slowly soften to a more natural appearance. Downtime is minimal and most of our clients usually resume to their daily activities immediately after the treatment.

Is the procedure painful?

Buttock injectables are administered by our highly experience Plastic Surgeon under local anaesthetic, which means the patient will be awake during treatment, but unable to feel any pain as the buttock area will be completely numbed. In the first few days following the injections, the buttock area may feel tender and slightly swollen. The patient may require some mild pain relief such as paracetamol.

It is advisable to avoid taking anticoagulant, aspirin or anti-platelet medication in the days preceding treatment.
