Our Founder
Esther’s vision
EF MEDISPA was born from Esther Fieldgrass’s lifelong passion for holistic wellbeing, beauty innovation and intelligent skincare. With more than four decades of experience, Esther was an early pioneer who recognised that the future of aesthetics would be built on science, safety and synergy.
Her vision created a sanctuary where patients could access the most sophisticated anti-ageing solutions, delivered with warmth, care and an uncompromising standard of excellence. Esther remains an influential voice in the industry, consulting global skincare brands, guiding device manufacturers and personally overseeing the introduction of every new treatment at EF MEDISPA. Most recently, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Menopause Network in recognition of her decades of dedication to aesthetic medicine and holistic wellbeing.
