In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer you a refund or an exchange. Please note, this only applies to orders purchased online. You have up to 28 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
In the event that the item(s) order are faulty or it does not correspond with the description on our website, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
Returning your order
Please notify us within 14 days that you wish to return or exchange item(s) prior to returning your order. You can do this by getting in touch with our team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request.
How can I return my order?
To return your product(s), you can either post your order back to us at EF MEDISPA, 2nd Floor, 103 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London W14 0QH or allow us to collect them from you. Please ensure you provide the order invoice slip in the packaging.
To schedule a return, email us at email@example.com. Please note the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
How much is it to return my order?
If you find no fault with the products on delivery, you are responsible for the return of the order back to us. Products must be returned in original form and packaging. We advise that you hold onto all proof of postage documentation for your reference.
When will I receive my refund?
Provided the item(s) are returned to us within 28 days of receipt, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 days from the day we receive the return.
We offer free delivery on orders over £100. For orders under £100, a delivery free of £5.95 applies.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery (subject to stock availability). Please note, all deliveries will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email detailed with a tracking number.
In the event that your order is delayed due to reasons outside of our control, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to let you know. We will ensure that the relevant steps are taken to minimise the effect of the delay.
If no one is available at your address at the time of delivery, the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, all orders are required to be signed for. Our courier will leave a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you wish to cancel your order due to delayed delivery, please contact us and we will issue you with a refund for the cancelled goods and delivery cost. If the products have been delivered to you, post the order to us at EF MEDISPA, 2nd Floor, 103 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London W14 0QH or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you.
